We want you to love your purchase! However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we’ve outlined our return policy below to ensure clarity and smooth handling of any returns:

Returns Are Accepted Only Under the Following Conditions:

  1. Damaged or Broken Items in Transit:
    If your hat arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We require photos of both the hat and packaging to assess the damage. Once verified, we’ll arrange for a return or exchange.

  2. Incorrect Items:
    If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will need photos of the item received to confirm the mistake. Once verified, we’ll send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.

  3. Item Must Be in the Same Condition as Arrived:
    For any return requests, the item must be in the same condition as when it arrived—unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging still intact. If the item has been worn or altered in any way, we cannot accept a return.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items that do not meet the above conditions (e.g., worn or altered hats) will not be eligible for a return.

    • Sale items or clearance products are also not eligible for returns.


    Refunds:

    • Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
